Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a project manager to manage our Snuggles Project. The manager has responsibility in providing communication to project members through social media, a periodic newsletter, website community and email, overseeing the project groups and events management, and working within the organization to promote the goodwill of this special project. This is a long-term commitment. Training will be provided. Applicant doesn't need to know how to do handcrafts (knitting, crocheting, or sewing) but a familiarity will prove helpful.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21
- Experience in people management
- Knowledge of animal welfare is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 6 hours per week
- High attention to detail and organization.
